What is the best treatment for underarm odor and sweating?
Is there anything I can do with my underarm sweating and odor? I’m already 13 years old. It’s so embarassing especially when we have a presentation. Please give me treatment or medicine that can be applied or bought here in the Philippines. THANK YOU!!!!!!!
I don’t know if stores sell deodorant in the phillippines or not…I know it’s hard to find in some European countries, so let’s do some home remedies: try putting baking soda under your arms, or talc powder–this will help with the wetness. you might need to take some to school with you and put it on throughout the day. If you use baking soda, it will help with the odor problem. And, know that you’re going through puberty and it will all slow down soon!
It’s completely normal and most of your classmates are going through the same thing. Also, you’re exceptionally sensitive to the way your own body smells, so it’s likely you’re worried about how strong your odor is when no one else can smell anything–or they’re worried about how THEY smell.
