How can i stop myself from getting clammy/sweaty hands?
I constantly have sweaty (or as my dad puts it clammy) hands, i don't always have my hands in my pockets or anything and im not nervous. Why is it i always have sweaty hands and how can i stop this, as it is very embarrising when i hold my girlfriends hand and for her to say outloud uurgh my hand is all sweaty now! Please help! THNAKS!
You can buy driclor from Boots and apply it every night for 3 days on your hands (or underarms or feet) then wash it off in the morning. You will notice a difference within 1 or 2 days. After the 3 days you will only have to apply it every few days.
I have been using it for years and it really works!
just don't apply it to broken skin or skin thats just been shaved. Ouch!!!

my girlfirien has sweaty palms. I just dont hold her hands. she gets mad but oh well. To get non sweaty hand i have no idea. Ive looked around for products but foud none so far. As for ur gf don't hold her hands just wrap ur arms around her shoulder.
