How do I stop sweating so much?

Besides using antiperspirants and going through medical procedures, are there other (natural) ways to stop sweating in the armpits?
How much water do you drink? Are you overweight? If so try losing a few pounds but that may not help any. Try drinking more water!! However you do not want to cut sweat out all together it is the bodies way of cooling you down. Good luck!!!

I have asked my doctors, and I have more than a few doctors, being 100% disabled, and I have found no advice from them, other than staying in air conditioned rooms. To make my problem worse, I moved to the Philippines with my Filipina wife, and it's really hot here. The good news is that I am losing a lot of weight from all this sweating.
