In gym i always seem to sweat and it gets to me and ppl start to talk about me. i just want to know how to stop sweating so much. can u help me please/

Besides using antiperspirants and going through medical procedures, are there other (natural) ways to stop sweating in the armpits?
How much water do you drink? Are you overweight? If so try losing a few pounds but that may not help any. Try drinking more water!! However you do not want to cut sweat out all together it is the bodies way of cooling you down. Good luck!!!

I can't stop sweating during volleyball and basketball and I don't know why so I need tips on how to slow it down!
It's normal to sweat so much while playing sports. I think the problem is the deoderant you use. Try getting something stronger. I recommend Secret Scent Expressions. I got mine in Vanilla Chai scent, and it smells so good. Try it.
I've tryed EVERYTHING. spray on deodarent, ladys speed stick, dove. None of it works. I've tried putting on baby powder under my arms. I shave there every single day. I feel soo uncomfortable and its so gross. I'm not fat. through out the day I'll put my arms up a little bit so nobody notices so it wont get hot under there so i wont stop sweating. if any1 can help me please do please please thanks soo much.
I know exactly what ur talking about. I'm going through the same thing. I saw a commercial on TV the other day for Secret clinical strength wetness protection deodorant. It sounds perfect, maybe try it out and see if it works. Otherwise, avoiding stressful situations in public and wearing material/colors that don't show perspiration as much helps me a little.

i wore a sleeved shirt to the mall one night .
and i wore a lot of deodarant i use lady speed stick and it says antiperpirant deodarant on it but apparently not .
becuase even tho it wasn't hot i couldn't stop sweating … and it was disgusting . i look over at my friend melissa and she's fine . no sweat or anythingg . what should i do ? its disgusting and smells gross …
sweating is a natural action so you are not going to be able to stop it completely – anti perspirants are there to help
make sure you wash under your arms (but don't scrub) – sometimes having a quick shower is not enough, apply anti perspirant to clean skin (the product is not a miracle worker you have to give it a chance)
what material was your shirt? – anything which is man made or has a high percentage will make you sweat more, particularly nylon, so try and keep to cotton
