A lot of hyperhidrosis sufferers are perpetually freakin out about their condition. It is very annoying, and traumatic, but it could be much worse.

1. Drink a lot of water
2. Get rid of your pimples
3. Your weight must be normal
4. Don’t over use your deodorant
5. Take a bath
