Excessive sweating when in stores and also when at work much of the time. What does this mean?
I have a real problem with excessive sweating whenever I shop in any store, i.e. grocery shopping, drug stores, clothes shopping, etc. I am dripping from head to toe and am so uncomfortable and I have to get out as soon as possible because it's unbearable. It's really bad. I have a abnormally high pulse rate but blood pressure is normal. Please help. Thank you very much.
I'd go in to your doctor and have him check your thyroid gland. If your Thyroid is OK he can check you out in general and advise you as to your options.

Some bodies are cool but some are naturally warmer. The places you quote have a latent heat which is higher than than the surrounding temperature. You wouldn't sweat at fruit or vegetable store. So with your warm body when you visit the places which have a latent heat that is higher than the surroundings, your body temperature rises and the body's natural cooling system kicks starts to cool you down. You must also be hot headed with lots of turbulent thoughts racing inside your head all the time. Too much of brain activity can increase your body temperature. Practice meditation, stream line your thoughts, use your brain only when needed and try to keep your mind blank for while at least when you rest. These will cool down your body and you sweat less.
